What Happens Next

The real reply sequence

See what happens after you press “Start My Repair”.

The first submission creates a private repair-request record, gives you a reference and attempts to send a confirmation email. A human review then decides whether the request fits, needs one more detail, belongs with another provider or is outside the service.

01

On screen

Your repair reference appears.

The receipt page confirms that the repair request was saved and displays a reference in the format UWF-YYYYMMDD-0000.

REPAIR REQUEST RECEIVED

Your repair request is in.

We will review it and reply by email with the matching repair or the clearest next action.

02

Confirmation email

A copy of the important details is sent back to you.

Screenshot: Received safely / Not provided

No payment has been taken. If temporary access is later needed, safe instructions are provided. Never reply with a password.

03

Human review

The next reply gives one of four clear outcomes.

FIXED-PRICE FIT

Names the service, exact price, one-problem boundary, start conditions and access needed.

NEED ONE DETAIL

Requests a missing affected URL, safe reproduction step, visible error or recent change.

OTHER PROVIDER

Explains when hosting, a merchant account, domain owner or platform support must act first.

NOT ACCEPTED

Says plainly when the work is a rebuild, malware recovery, several unrelated faults or otherwise outside scope.

04

Agreement and safe access

Private access comes after the boundary—not before it.

If access is required, the reply asks for a separate temporary account with only the needed permission. Payment and the start are confirmed before paid work. Passwords, recovery codes, customer exports and secret keys do not belong in the intake or ordinary email.

05

Completion reply

The result is written down.
