The complete repair process
From a broken website to a documented repair.
You do not have to diagnose the fault, buy a plan or share a password to begin. The process separates the first public review from private access and paid work.
Start the repair request
Add the affected public page and describe what should happen and what happens instead. A screenshot is optional. Do not send passwords or customer information.
Receive the exact repair proposal
We explain whether the issue fits, the service and price, what is outside the boundary, and any information still needed.
Agree safe temporary access
If private access is required, create a separate temporary account with only the permissions needed. Payment and the start are confirmed before work.
The agreed problem is worked on
A backup or rollback plan is used before risky live changes. Work stays within the written boundary.
Receive the completion note
The note records the problem, work completed, check performed and anything remaining outside the repair.
Remove temporary access
You remain in control of the website and accounts. Ongoing help is optional and available only under its stated limits.
